Posted September 24, 2018 07:12:22 While we all know how expensive pet food is these days, a new pet store could be on the horizon.
According to the Inquisitr, the store has been set to open by the end of 2019.
“We’re in the planning stage now, we’re still talking with landlords, but it will be a pet store,” said Dan O’Sullivan, the owner of Pet & Furniture in the New Jersey City area.
“It’s just a great fit for our location and for the area.”
The company plans to open in the area where the popular New Jersey store Pet &s; Furnishings now stands, and plans to have its own “superstore” for pet-related items.
While some people might not be able to afford a pet food and other pet supplies, they do have a choice.
“People don’t have the resources to take their pets to the vet or a vet clinic,” O’Neill said.
“They have other options that they can go to.”
Pet &ing; Furnishing has a full line of pet-friendly products, and it is already in talks with a few major retailers, including Macy’s and Nordstrom.
The company has also signed on to sell its product through Target, and O’Neal has said that it will begin shipping its products to the store next week.
The store is expected to be located at 1601 W. 8th St., New Jersey, where a nearby Pet & Furnished store has already been established.
If you are interested in buying a pet, O’Mara told Inquisitress that the company is currently looking for a buyer who is willing to invest in a new location and to make the move into a new city.
The new location will be just off of a busy street, but O’Reilly says the store will not have any parking, and customers will be able access the space through a pedestrian walkway.
