The Stanley appliances line, which includes the “Star Trek” TV series and the “Aqua Series,” was first unveiled last year and has quickly become one of the most popular items at the Staples Center.
Stanley is the largest household appliance retailer in the U.S. and one of Staples’ biggest sellers of its home goods division.
It is also one of its most profitable, with sales of about $7 billion in the third quarter of 2016, according to data from research firm SNL Kagan.
The new line is expected to debut in stores this December.
Stanley announced plans to sell more than $2 billion worth of appliances in the first quarter of 2017, including $1.9 billion in new products and accessories, according with CNBC.
Stanly has been in the spotlight for its efforts to bring more variety and convenience to its lineup of products, including a $2,000 Stanley Cup-shaped water cooler that is available at Staples stores and on its website.
Stanfield’s products, which have the same “Star Wars” theme as the “Spock” series, include the Stanley Cup and Stanley Cup Classic Series, Stanley Cup Accessories and Stanley Cups.
